2. Hosting on Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you open a page, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, date and time, referrer and browser details in order to deliver the page and protect the service against abuse. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f)). Netlify may process data in the United States. 3. No cookies, no tracking
OFAgencies.io does not set cookies, does not use browser storage, and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or social plugins. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties is made. Search, filters and the commission calculator run entirely in your browser.
4. “Get matched” and “Get listed” forms
When you submit one of our forms, the details you enter (for example first name, email address, the Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp contact you provide, platform, revenue band, language, the help you are looking for and your note — or, for listings, agency name, website and contact person) plus the page you came from are sent over an encrypted connection to a serverless function hosted by Netlify (Netlify Functions). The function does not store the data; it forwards it as a notification to our editorial team. For delivery, it first passes your details to a notification interface operated by a company affiliated with the operator, also hosted on Netlify, which sends the message to the editorial team via Telegram; the data is not stored there either.
That notification is delivered through the messaging service Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. / Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Your form details are therefore transmitted to Telegram’s servers and stored in the editorial team’s chat. Telegram may process data outside your country. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or intimate content through the forms.
We use the details only to handle your request: for “Get matched” we reply with suitable agencies from our ranking; for listings we review the agency details. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before any agreement and handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Where your details could reveal special categories of personal data, we rely on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by email; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.
Agencies only receive your details for contacting you if you explicitly agree to that in our follow-up conversation. We delete enquiries once they have been handled and no legal retention duty applies, usually no later than twelve months after our last contact. An invisible check field helps us filter automated spam; no additional data is collected for it.
5. Email
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply and delete them once the matter is closed and no retention duty applies.
6. Links to agencies
When you follow a link to an agency, you leave OFAgencies.io; the agency is responsible for any processing on its website. Your browser usually only passes on our domain as the referring origin.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Residents of the EU/EEA and the UK may complain to a data protection authority; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
