Five criteria
The weights show how much each criterion counts in our assessment. They guide the editors; they are not a formula that explains every decimal.

| Creator control | 15% | Statements about account ownership, payouts, approvals and access. |
| Market reach | 10% | Presence in the US, UK, Canada or Australia, or stated worldwide availability. |
What the score means
Scores run from 0 to 10 with one decimal. From position 4 onward the order mainly follows the criteria: more sourced services, published terms and presence in major markets lead to a higher score. Our earlier editorial assessment of the same agencies also feeds in, and individual positions may be adjusted editorially.
Agencies whose websites were unreachable during our review stay listed at the bottom without a score.
What “sourced” means
Each profile shows whether a listed service is described on the provider’s website, confirmed by the provider directly, or delivered through a documented partner. Similar names are grouped – “chatting” counts as fan messaging, “DMCA takedowns” as content protection. A missing source means we could not confirm a service, not that it does not exist.
